Tropical Fruit SmoothieCombine in blender:
1 c. frozen tropical fruit (the one I used had pineapple, mandarin oranges,
papaya, kiwis, and red grapes)
1/3 c. frozen pineapple orange 100% juice concentrate
½ c. water
puree till smooth,
Serves 1.
