Roasted Asparagus
Roasted Asparagus
Toss together on a large rimmed sheet pan:
2 lb. fresh asparagus
1 ½ T. olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
Sea salt and black pepper
Roast in a 450 oven for 20 minutes, or till tender.
